About Dr. Brad Holstein

As a former collegiate athlete, Dr. Brad found his love for golf and all things fitness in his 20s. He quickly noticed that his friends had a difficult time staying on the course due to painful hips and backs when they played golf often due to mobility and/or strength problems.

This shouldn't have been the case. Golf should be enjoyed pain free.

So as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, he decided to figure out how to properly attack this problem. Since then, he has dedicated the last few years of his practice helping golfers return to the golf course comfortably and stronger than ever.

His system of combining mobility and strength to prepare your body for the rigors of golf has helped hundreds of people get out of pain, off of medications, and return to the game they love.
